Welcome to Bukharin Siberians!

Bukharin Siberians was established in late 1994 by Mariana Lese Hoffmann. We are located in Canela, Rio Grande do Sul, at the mountains region in southern Brazil. Here the weather is cold at winter - sometimes with a little snow - and the temperature is pretty cool during most of the year.

Our goal is the good health, friendly temperament and ability to work of our Siberians, fitting perfectly the standard with sound structure, good proportions, correct movement, pretty face. They are beloved members of our family above all, as our priority is the amount of happiness we share with them. Our dogs are a big responsibility to us, we always try to give them the best quality of life possible for a happy, safety and healthy existence, full of daily enjoyment and fun.

Through the years, our Siberians did great accomplishment in various countries, including Best in Show, Best in Specialty Show, Best in Specialty Show Youth, Best in Specialty Show Puppy, Best in Show Youth, Best in Show Puppy, Best in Show Placements, Champions in Brazil, Peru, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Uruguay and Costa Rica, Group Winners, Best of Breed Winners, Grand Champions,  Pan-American Champions, Central American Champions, South American Champions, International Champions, Youth Champions, Puppy Champions and #1 Siberian Husky in Nation, #1 Nordic Group in Nation, #3 & #6 All-Breeds in Nation in Guatemala, Nicaruagua and Costa Rica.

We are not a commercial purposed kennel. We breed our dogs seldom and only when we want to keep puppies for ourselves to preserve the breed and intending to produce even better dogs each generation. When we can’t keep them all, we usually place one or another show prospect in co-ownership terms or as spayed/neutered pets with people that we trust. For this reason, we usually don’t have availability of puppies.
